We had a great time….but we were glad to get home last night. I was really glad – Christie Todd Whitman was on our flight (in fact, she sat right across from us in coach!) – which was sort of cool….until I realized it meant that the plane was going to go down. You know, I could really see the headlines “Whitman in plane crash….weird knitting implements found at crash site”. When we landed I mentioned it to Larry that, and he laughed and said he had the same thought – and that our flight number (Flight 1800) sounded like the flight number from an airplane disaster movie. I’m really glad he didn’t tell me that while we were up in the air – I would have freaked out.
But we had a great time, and I have some pictures. But its just about time for me to jump into the shower and head back to work….I mean, not that I haven’t been working, but …ahem…..

I sat next to Scott Hamilton on a flight one time and we barely made it over the Rockies. We were put on another plane in Salt Lake City because of the “mechanical problem” (well duh) on our plane. I kept rewriting the headlines about knitting needles found impaling ice skates.
